Just walked the dogs, worked on my van, did 4 loads of wash and now just waiting for the Keurig to heat up so I can make a big mug of coffee and settle in for some well deserved TV. Worked until 3AM last night and plan on chillin now that my chores are done.

I can easily correlate the taste with the smell of the food. Some peoples sense of small and taste are pretty in sync between them. It's very rare that I Will taste something that is greatly different than how it smells. Pickles are the exception to the rule for me. They don't taste anything like they smell

Air popped popcorn, sprayed lightly with calorie free, canola oil cooking spray and sprinkled with kettle corn flavored seasoning ( 20 cal/tsp) Can have a HUGE bowl for about 50-75 total calories. Filling, satisfying and easily fits into the daily planner.
