  • I love fooling it. As a drummer every time I push a pedal or hit a drum it registers a step. So after a 3 hr show I can get it up to 25,000 “steps”. I know it doesn’t really count...but it’s fun to see.

  • Pita bread pizza, fries and chicken . Works great and so much faster than heating up the oven.
  • Seriously folks 3/4 cup is 120 calories, even adding some skim milk or non dairy creamer and a cup off coffee comes out under 200 calories without all the prep and clean up from exotic breakfasts. I don’t worry about protein, sugars, carbs. Just want something to get rolling with that’s not crazy calories.

  • Maybe they do notice and just don’t want to say anything. You will notice it soon enough, like others said since you see yourself every day it’s hard to perceive the change. Let the clothes be a guide, as they are fitting better it’s proof positive your on target.

  • It seems that if I eat breakfast I get hungrier earlier. It’s like it gets the mind cued up for food. If I don’t have anything other than coffee, I’m fine until 10:00 or close to that.
