I just look at her website.be afraid be very afraid!! I wont give a link because I refuse to link to such idiocy.

Why tiptoe around the issue. A lot of people are here because they are fat. Thats' it really pretending the word doesn't exist is what people do for years and how they get into a situation where they are morbidly obese. Part of addressing the problem is admitting that you are fat

Unless you have a medical issue sugar is not an issue. MFPs goal is set too low anyway. Don't let it stop you eating fruit
-
% is a poor way to gauge your levels. If your on a 1200 calorie diet 20% will be very different to if your on a 3000 calorie diet so have a look at the amount of grams not the %. I'm a Vegan and have no issues hitting sufficient protein just go for a variety of foods. The below links will help…

As my Mother used to say 'You don't have to like it, you just have to do it'
-
Why are you worried about sugar? Unless you have a medical condition it's not worth worrying about. If it fits into your calories don't worry. Also MFP set it ridiculously low anyway. Also this breakfast main meal of the day is just rubbish. Eat the meals you want in the way you want. If you want breakfast to be the main…

I've been trying to cast a spell on them to stop them. It's just not working though maybe I should ring one of the numbers for advice
-
I do not think you understand how the NEAT system that uses MFP works. This may help your understanding http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1175494-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants?hl=guide+to+sexypants&page=1#posts-18361594

You've you've not mentioned what activity level its set at? To me they both sound about right as there is an 8 inch height difference. MFP can only work on the data given and the calorie amounts do not include exercise calories which are eaten back This thread will help you set up goals…

Paragraphs are your friend. People find huge blocks of text difficult to read you'll get more responses if you break it up

I've got a theory I know it may be a bit out there and may not be a normal theory but go with me with me on this this 'Eating too much food can lead to Obesity' yes I know that's a pretty wild concept but you never know that could be the cause ..........

you can call it the Queen of England if you want it's still a stupid plan
-
You wont have gained muscle you will have just lost fat in that area and the muscles will be more defined. Also you will find as you lose fat in your tummy area it just extra flabby for a while just as it moves around
-
Ignore all this rubbish advice about thyroid etc. I'd bet one of my kidneys on it not being a medical condition You're eating more than you think, You're logging is some of the worst I've seen for a long while. Sort that out and you'll see results. In reality the chances of it being something medical are slim where calorie…

I sometimes Fart and blame it on the dog!

Mesomorphs are just totally disproved psychological theory which has no basis in well reality.

Ok so you've been doing this for a year and haven't yet worked out that your weight will naturally fluctuate? 0.3 pounds well I fluctuate that in an hour. You only have a stone to go which is about the same as me and it will be slow going. You will not get a loss every week some weeks it may seem like you gain but as long…
-
If you have the same amount of calories with snacks as without it will make absolutely no difference to your rate of loss
-
Just use arborio rice (rissoto rice) it's the same thing.
-
I'd say save your money. HRMs can be useful but calorie wise are only accurate for steady state cardio and even then it's still just a guess based on your HR. If you do a lot of running or Cycling they can be a useful training tool but for calories in my opinion there use is greatly over egged
-
No the reason most of us got over weight was eating too much food. Those calories came from Protein fats and carbs, so yes. I'm off to enjoy my cupcake now
-
By taking something like this that could in reality damage your health you would be focusing on the result not the cause. It's like people drowning in a pool so you close the pool rather than address the issue that people can't swim and teaching them. Maybe think about addressing your binge eating issues rather than…
-
That sounds pretty grim. Just eat normal foods at a calorie deficit. you do not need to deprive yourself or make yourself miserable. I eat all those things you don't and I've managed to lose a wee bit of weight. Have a look at the link…
-
This ^^^ though I will add a lot of people are eating far more protein than they really need under the illusion that the more protein they consume they will lose less muscle or even gain muscle. The thing is to consume an appropriate amount of Protein. I see a lot of people on this site consuming enough protein for an…

Hmm I don't 'Eat Clean' so I wonder how I lost that 145 pounds. I know magic.
-
Why 125 pounds? whats magic about that number. You are already within a normal weight range so if you are after a look maybe concentrate more on appropriate exercise to get that look. There comes a point when you are losing weight when you realise it's not the number on the scales that's important it's overall health. The…

If it works for you and you're eating enough go for it.
-
Can you ask to see a physiotherapist they would be able to give you some specific exercises working around the health issues you have at present and better take into account your limitations Good Luck

Most of the time I really couldn't tell you what I think about. My mind wanders I take in the scenery concentrate on the rhythm of my run even put together shopping lists. I find running everything but boring. It's a time to relax and zone out. I ran 10 miles yesterday and in that 90 minutes I do not know what I thought…
