Find a good vitamin B12. , I take a B12 liquid by Spring Valley. It works great. Vitamin D should help too. Also, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Being dehydrated can make you feel run down and tired. I hope this helps.

I like Silk coconut milk. I also add some baby spinach, I promise you can't taste it. However, it dose give it a funky color.
