  • Well, I started off with 124lbs to lose. Had just gained 20-30 pounds in the few months prior (so usually if you have a lot to lose you lose a lot at first, the same with just recently gained weight) and I went from eating 4-5-6,000 calories a day (2 meals being fast food or eating out) to 1,300 calories a day, fruit and…
  • In 11 days I lost 10 pounds and in 21 days I lost 20 pounds.... It started off very very fast (recently gained 20 extra pounds, and did a FULL 180 with my diet.) Too fast really, but that's what happened to me.

  • I do 15 minutes of strength training, and 30-45 minutes of swimming. I plan on getting a personal trainer when I hit a plateau or by November because I need pointers to make sure what I am doing is ok.

  • Go to gomongo.com and you can create your own bowl and it'll tell you how many calories are in it... It's my favorite place to eat, so I make my bowl online, figure out what I am going to eat before I get there. Then I fill my bowl, eat half for lunch there and the other half for dinner and it is amazing!
  • I did. It was awful, the pasta stuff would NEVER cook right for me and was always hard and nasty. Most of it I could barely stomach. Ick, so it didn't last long.

  • Being too lazy/tired to make real food. We ate fast food every day, and a frozen pizza every night. Plus we went to the bar 2 times a week and got drunk and ate bar food... That was my last 60 pounds. Before that was just being a picky eater and not having a variety, and being severely depressed.
  • I do to! It's amazing that I always lose at least a pound from night-morning! Granted, just by breathing you lose a litre of water overnight, but you know. The past 3 days I have lost exactly 1.4 pounds overnight every night! LOL.

  • I weigh in everyday... Probably not good, but honestly I usually lose about a pound a day (sometimes less). I lost nearly 30 pounds the first 5 weeks, so that was 6 pounds a week, so just under a pound a day.   • There has been research about diet pop and weight gain. Apparently, when you drink something sweet (like pop) that should have sugar/calories in it but doesn't (like diet pop) then your mind makes you binge because it feels like it needs to sugar/calories.   • I fill my whole day the night before. I leave room for something incase I want to add it the next day though. Sometimes I will plan out my working days in a row too (I work 12's, sometimes 3 in a row, or like starting tomorrow 6 in a row...). So I have my next week planned out just to make it easier.
  • When I was 18 and in college I had stayed at my then boyfriend, now husbands dorm and was running late for my exam at a college an hour away. I was speeding, pulled over and let go. I have NEVER EVER gone over more then 5mph than the speed limit since then (6+ years ago). I work in the O.R. and I know what speeding/stupid…
