This is true. However, Dr. Oz does this test and he thinks everyone should drink a glass of wine or something like that a day. He believes it is healthier and de-toxifying (I believe is the word). It had my age as healthy too because of exercise even though I am still so overweight.

Never. Only make sure I work out for 1-2 hours if I really need something.

I do not count natural sugar in my intake. Like any fruits and whatnot has sugar in it, but it's not bad sugar.

Well, according to ESPN Michigan and Ohio State and the #1 rivalries of any sport in all of history. Of course this year.... it's not even going to matter because Michigan with their freshman team and their new coach can't even win at giveme's. lol. Go Blue? :grumble:

I didn't mean "more than" (which I said) I meant "At least". if 1200 is your goal that is fine, it's my goal too. But do not eat less than 1200 and eat your exercise calories. In the beginning I ate less than 1200 calories every day, I lost a lot for a while and then I plateaued. When I started eating 1200 plus my exercise…

You HAVE to eat more than 1200 calories a day. If you haven't been you're making your body starve, so yes, you'll lose a lot fast (like now) but really really soon you won't lose an ounce because your body is hanging on to everything since it thinks it's starving.

Actually, I always log first and am never disappointed because I stick with what I logged. I leave a little wiggle room for something I may find or want to eat.

I am hoping to get a HRM by Christmas (or for Christmas rather) and I hear Polar is very good. But, how does it work? Do you put it on, press a button and it tells you how long you worked out and how many calories burn? Is it really that easy or more complicated? I don't think I've seen this question before, but if it's…

I believe that recycling and saving paper or using plastic bags and such is very important. It's very very hard finding young people like us that care about the earth! *maybe a little…

I currently do 45-60 minutes of cardio every day, 15 minutes of weights every other day and 20 minutes of yoga the days between. Just make sure if you hurt to take that part easy.

I do take a rest, but that does not mean I don't do anything that day. I work my butt off 5 days a week in the gym, and the other 2 I will go for an hour walk (just a nice walk, not like pushing hard) and do 30 minutes yoga. It gives my body rest, but I am still moving and burning calories!

I hope you meant 2am!!!! Oh man, 5am wow..... I am pretty sure I'd be sleeping. Haha. :drinker:

What are you eating? My sodium is never very high at all. OVer processed food and frozen food has a lot of sodium, so maybe try to eat less of that? If not, you should see what is putting you over so much.
