Steak has a lot more calories than chicken. So that might be a better option. Also, half a cup of mashed potatoes would be better too. :smile: My husband is the Kitchen Manager of an outback, mmmm. Although we never eat there... lol.

I am here and still going strong! Perfect this month, and today marks day 20 of eating at or below my calories!!! Plus, I have gone to the gym 19 days in a row!

Aww! You can do it though! It is possible only to gain about 17lbs when pregnant if you keep up what you have been doing! Talk to your doctor about it and see what they say.

You cannot compare size and weight. So either you need to find one that has it in size, or you need to weigh your spaghetti.

I do cardio every morning (walk/jog/run) or bike or elliptical for 30-60 minutes. In the afternoons I do either yoga or strength training for 15-30 minutes.

I ONLY drink water now. I have a little V-8 sometimes, but like 4 oz. I haven't had anything alcoholic in a few weeks (which is a major change for me!)

I do walking/jogging/elliptical or whatever in the morning for 45-minutes to an hour everyday, and later one I will do strength training rotated with yoga for 20 minutes at night.

Sargento's low-fat mozzarella snacks (string cheese). OMG I eat at least one a day because it's only 50 calories! Low-fat 100 calorie popcorn is cool too. Apple and peanut butter. Like an ounce of sharp cheddar cheese. MMM I love cheese.

Whoa girl! You're a long ways away from drinking too much. I don't know how true it is, but a lot of people say 8 8oz of water (64oz total) to drink a day. I drink generally 80oz or so a day. Makes me feel fresher and lighter (oddly enough).

Instead of eating with emotions try to think you're eating to support your body, and you want it there and healthy for a long time. If you're mad or upset go for a jog/walk/run/whatever! It really helps get emotions out.
