Some wraps (the bread, if not lettuce) can have more carbs and calories in it than regular bread. So you just have to check that out. Subway, back when they had wraps marketed them like "healthy" but it came to be that the wraps had like 100 more calories than the wheat and white bread!

HAHA! Really?!?!?! And I totally missed the post! Thanks!!! I just have to thank finally starting to lose the holiday weight, and I was on my cycle last weigh-in so that never helps either :laugh:

True. I worked out for an hour in the pool (burning 450 calories!) True or false, the person below me has had at least 6 glasses of water today.

Hmm. I have an F4 and I have never had this problem, my arms can be as far away as possible and it still gets my heart rate.... Is yours new? Maybe you can ask at Polar if no one else has this problem.

I had my gallbladder removed the end of August. I do not have any problems AT ALL with eating fatty/fried foods. I used to have issues before my gallbladder was removed, but now none. My close friend though has to be in the bathroom very sick about 10 minutes after eating anything fatty/friend, so everyone is different.

Hehe. Simon says MOVE YOUR BUTT!!! I got my Polar F6 for Christmas and it is amazing! I like having a goal of a certain number of calories burned vs. time spent working out.

That's how I feel about Wendy's salads. I used to LOVE them, the little pieces of cold chicken, placed all throughout the salads, so so good. Now, they decide to become like McDonalds, and put hot (a lot of times FRIED) chicken on the top. I HATE it, when I want salad I want it to be grilled, and it to be cold and all over…

YAY!!! I am glad to be on the black team!!!! It's sad, but I will have to adjust my ticker. I haven't done well since the death in my family, and then holidays, and the next 3 days are devoted to my dear out of town friends and drinking.... What I don't understand is, if you have a high heart rate like 100, won't it say you're burning more just by sitting around vs. someone who's resting heart rate is 60?
