I already have all that cut out of my diet. I eat really healthy except maybe a meal a week. Somtimes a day a week. But I agree with you..Maybe I should strive more like .5 to 1 lb a week. :) Its hard for me to eat much more then I already do though.

Moderation is key..No I dont leave junk food in my house. I keep all sugar and what not away BUT if I am some where and they offer me a peice of cake I will take it. And I wont feel bad. Just do portion control..I have a sugary treat once a week and a cheat meal once a week the rest of the week I eat super healthy lower calorie. It works for me I am already down 8 lbs. I do try to have the cheat meal and desserts earlier in the day though not at night before bed so I have a higher chance of burning it off.

I let my son who was really young go..But it was only twice a week and I made sure he was down for his nap right before I went..SO he slept the whole time in his car seat. No one had to mess with him or let him be around other kids and it made it easier on the child care.

Before this last pregnancy I got down to 120 and I had so many people give me a hard time of being so small and saying you arent going to lose any more weight are you? My husbands family is hispanic and they gave me the most crap on it. I think in their culture being thin isnt a good thing..THey like meat on the bones.…

Thanks it is my zen time..When all the kids are taking their naps its my time to release my energy by working out. I usually clean and play with them while they are awake..So Yes by the end of the day I am drained..Especially the days where I workout once in the morning and once at night
