Okay well it sounds like lifting weights is a big thing :) I just wonder if I should focus on cardio for this last 10 lbs of weightloss then go focus on lifting weights..It makes sense in my head but I am not an expert!

Since I can remember I have been having apple cider vinager with sliced cucumber and salt and pepper..Its really good and apple cider has alot of great benefits..I give it to my kids and they love it!

I did p90x and shakeology at a total loss of 63 lbs.. even now that I have lost the weight I still take the stuff for lunch. Its worth the investment if I stop for a week I can tell the difference. Anyways if you want to see my before and after photos look on my profile.

I dont think I am really over training considering I am not sore and I can get through my workouts just fine. I am doing cardio at night and weight training in the mornings.. And cardio is only a few times a week. I honestly dont think thats the problem.
