Hi Marie, sounds like you and I are just alike. I struggle with this exact same thing. I have never weighed over 120 pounds in my life. Now I am 48, I weigh 170 pounds currently. Your fine, my calorie goal is 1200. I try to stay at that number. If you don't eat at least 1200 calories a day then your body will think you are starving it and your body will go into starvation mode and everything you eat will turn into fat. so go a little over 1200 is better then staying under that mark.
