  • I haven't done one yet that I don't like. They are awesome workouts, but they are also butt kickers!!!! You won't be disappointed in any of them.

  • I started doing Tae Bo Amped! It is a huge butt kicker. I do other things, but I find myself coming back to Tao bo, because you can't beat the calories burned compared to the time doing it! I burn over 600 calories for 50 min. :happy: I love it!!!!

  • I love that game!!! I can play for hours, sweat my butt off, and not realize how much I'm sweating until I'm done! Awesome for when you need to excersize but don't want to think of that word!!!
