I am a 38 DD, down from a 40 DD with some weight loss. I wear old navy sports bras (was XL, now squeezing into an L) and wear a compression tank with a shelf bra (was an XL, now a L). The combination holds EVERYthing down as I work out. I run, do the elliptical, lift weights, etc.

I'm 39 lbs down from when I originally starting losing weight, 24 lbs since I started MFP in January. Some days are a sturggle, but one look at my before pictures makes me remember why I'm doing it all.

I believe that if it induces a sweat and it's outside of your usual routine, you can count it. If you spent 2 hours deep cleaning all the carpets and moving furniture and it left you tired, count it. If you spent 2 hours baking for a bake sale of something, count it. It's not your usual routine, you are tired from it, and…

I drink fruit infused waters. LOVE! You put them in your water and it flavors the water naturally. No artificial sweeteners, zero calorie, and it's delish! I like: Strawberry and lemon mint, lemon, cucumber orange mango and ginger pineapple strawberry and mint Usually frozen fruit works better, it holds its form longer and…

I was on Depo for a year. I go off of it last May to try to have another baby...let's just say, my body is only just now back on track and there is no baby news yet. Exercising and changing my diet have helped me loose the weight and get my body back on track. Time, taking care of yourself, prayers, and patience will all…

I do both and I see the results. Losing fat, gaining muscle - Getting muscle bulk in my arms, shoulders, and upper legs while still slimming down in my midsection. I run 2-3 miles, 2-3 times a week while I lift weights and do circuit training on the days in between.

That's amazing! I gained quite a bit with my pregnancy, but then let myself stay there. I used my son as an excuse to not change my lifestyle. Fast forward 2 years, I'm finally down 30 lbs! I have 15 lbs to go before I'm back to pre-baby weight, but I have always felt that I would never have the same physic as before. Your…

Oh, cranberries! Why haven't I thought of that combo yet?? Bet it's good! I tried the raspberry/lime combo and realized that I used too much lime! haha. It's is a good one, though. :)

Congrats!! Keep it up!

You're welcome! I just had to share and I'm glad there are so many others doing it and others that are now interested. It's a MUCH healthier way to drink flavored drinks. :D

I ran the Jingle Bell run in December. I am signed up for the Color Me Rad 5k in May, and will be doing a Rung for God 5k in June. :D

I am right there with you. Drinking water became a chore that was never fully completed. I can't STAND the taste of water, especially bottled water. The last couple of months, I've been making fruit infused water and I LOVE it. I drink my daily amount every day, sometimes more. :D

Make sure you drink lots of water, could be your boday asking for more hydration after such a had workout. Also, eat GOOD foods. There are certain foods that count as negative calories because your body burns more calories digesting the food...apples, grapes, watermelon, and a few others. (For the while list, you can…

Muscle does way more than fat. Of course, 1 lb = 1 lb...however, if you are working out and losing fat as you work out and gain muscle, you may not see the weight loss you expected. As you lose the fat and gain the muscle, the weight starts to even out. Is it an excuse for weight gain, no. But it can help explain plateaus…

Breathe, it will all be ok. :) I always go up 2-3 lbs right before my period. It sucks to get all bloated and gain the weight when you're trying so hard to lose it. the hormones stress you out, too. Just relax, continue to eat right and work out, and it will all be just fine.

Oh! and smoothies!! Yum!!

I cut out the junk and found really good alternatives, so that I can still get my "fix." lol. I eat nutella-banana-oatmeal cookies to still get that chocolate cookie feel. I found really good chip alternatives - pop chips, veggie chips, savory mini rice cakes, and peanut butter crackers! Yum! I also found that a sweet nut…

I know how discouraging it can be when you don't see the #s changing on the scale! Keep working, keep strong, and you will start to see the results again. Sometime, just changing up the workout can be enough to shake things up. I ran for 15 weeks, found myself in a 3-week plateau, and got discouraged. Then I started a new…

Thanks! My toddler kept interrupting and I couldn't finish the video. :)
