Hey don't give up yet! I was going to the gym 6 times a week and doing cardio and I didn't lose anything for like 3 weeks! Then I changed my calorie intake and it's coming together nicely now. Wow congrats! you look great! What are some workouts you did at the gym and how many times a week did you go? I am trying to drop 50+ I have been watching what I eat and going to gym almost everyday, I am not seeing immediate results but seeing your success makes me want to keep going forward.

I am 5'7 and I am going for 155-160 I also thought that some of the goal weights on here were low. I need to lose around 60 pounds to get near there so if I get to 155 and think I can lose more without going crazy I will go for. To be 160 would actually be pretty amazing to me. Good Luck :)
