  • I'm currently at 190 (thanks to the holidays, I gained 10lbs). Right now my goal weight is 165, I have big "girls". :( I started about 2 years ago at 252.. I'm more than pleased with my progress. It's been a LONG.. LONG.. road.
  • I must admit, the holidays really did me in.. I didn't think I gained as much weight as I did but the scale told me 12 lbs. :noway: I'm thinking the gym's scale had some sort of malfunction and added more weight then normal but.. I guess I need to come back down to reality. It takes me about a month to lose that much…
  • I eat RIGHT after I exercise. I go to the gym at 5am and trying to eat anything too heavy slows me down and sometimes gives me an upset stomach. If you feel dizzy, definitely eat something, even if it's light.
  • Great post, thanks for sharing! I upped my calories since I'm getting closer to my "short term goal". When I first started I had it set for 1 1/2lbs a week which was great, the weight came off no problem. Within the past couple weeks I have started to lose about lb a week, sometimes not even that. I need to be more…
  • I agree.. Stomach issues - I wouldnt push it. I would let it run it's course. That's all you need to aggrevate it more. Common cold - Start off slow on the treadmill, sometimes a little of exercise helps. Just make sure you drink water and not over do it.
  • As a lot of people get upset about losing them.. I'll be happy to see mine go! I am a 36DD and have always wanted to be smaller. I got 35 lbs to go so I'll see what happens, so far I've seen some results but nothing too earth shattering. :grumble:
  • I love my sweet tea.. specifically McDonalds. I have "tried" to cut back on drinking it but I figure a tea every now and then isn't going to make me or break me. It's 280 calories of empty calories, I have learned that if I'm going to drink it to make sure I exercise that day. I'm Celiac (gluten free) so a tea is the least…
  • It was chilly this morning so I had a co-worker pick me up a medium hot chocolate from Dunkin Donuts. Put it in and it was 294 calories, that's almost a quarter of my calories gone in no time. :frown:
  • That's pretty similar to my routine. My time is pretty tight int he morning and find myself feeling better if I dont eat. I drink a lot of water in the morning and eat breakfast after I get my shower and get to work.
  • I exercise first thing in the morning too and have been doing so for quite awhile. I also have no desire to eat anything at that time, if anything, it makes me feel worse when I do. I am interested in hearing what other people's thoughts are on this.
  • Ahh.. sweet tea, my big addiction (esp. from McDonalds)! With some discipline, I've started to cut it down to once a week. My next step is doing 1/2 sweet, 1/2 unsweet. Baby steps.. I say! :)
