Thanks for the advice - its a strange thing but it has really thrown me - especially the shops I used to avoid as the clothes were too small and the style of clothes I used to buy to hide myself. Will have some fun dressing up and hopefully a bit of a makeover :wink:

I have found that bread & pasta do me no favours - I get tired, bloated and I truggle not to binge on them - no idea why ? I'm find with rice & oats so guess for me its more over processed carbs - either way I steer clear now and am a lot happier for it :-)

Urgh I thought it was just me - I have a good sports bra so have that covered but feeling in need of a bum bra at the moment - just bought some tighter bottoms but will now look into compression capri's - thank goodness for MFP ! ;-)

I only drink if I'm out now (which isnt that often) I get hungover really easily so for me its not so much the alcohol calories as opposed to the awful hangover binges the next day ! - I 'allow' myself a day off from logging the next day and then start afresh :-)

I'm 5"8 started (not on MFP) at 229 lbs & now at 194 lbs and only dropped one dress size, however I am in a smaller (UK) size 18 pair of jeans so think I am toning through exercise too :-)
