  • Wear them. My ex is 5'10, I am 5'8.....when she would wear heels I would hardly be above her shoulders, and sometimes not even that tall. No issues, she looked hot, and I didn't care that she was taller then me.

  • After only a week I noticed the numbers seemed on the high side for the work put in. I am going to record the info from the equip. I use at rehab and compair to what MFP says. But, no matter, if you are loosing and happy with the results, is the difference really making a difference?
  • Ouch...yes it is painful. I have noticed over the years it would happen in stages as my weight went up......but then would do the same as my weight went down. For me it last a couple days on average. I found shoes that supported and soft enough...that helped me a lot. I use Merrills slip on moc. Not great looking but work.…

  • 2T fresh orange juice, 2T fresh lime juice, 2t. dijon, 2t. honey, sal, pepper. Mix your salad in a large bowl, dress the bowl not the salad.   • If you can't stand the thought of tossing the juice, try cutting it with sparkling water, till it is gone. Seems that juice from fruit just isn't that great since such a high concentration of sugar ends up in the glass. I try to consume products in the least processed form. Good luck
