Thank you, that makes more sense to me. I've always assumed you need to eat less than the daily goal to loose the weight but if they have already given me a deficit even before the fitness side of things that makes a lot of sense.

I do. Usually have low blood pressure. I'm a kiwi with Scottish, Irish, British and Welsh far back in my background along with lots of others. Red face and sweating within 30 minutes of cardio workouts.

Salads. Fruit or veges or combined. They help.

I log everything even if just a tiny tiny amount.
