Currently BFing my fourth baby who is four months. I've never been able to lose weight easily while feeding any of my children and it's no different this time. My weight yoyos constantly at the moment.

We don't do Thanksgiving in NZ (at least our family doesn't) so it's just a normal day foodwise. So glad to see I'm not alone! It's a little frustrating having to start the whole process again but at least I managed the weight gain better this time around.

Log both but make sure you have the right breast feeding amount. Especially if your 22 week old has started on solids. You won't be burning as much as you would be exclusively breast feeding. I'm only assuming baby has started on solids though from the number of weeks old.

It's just ad space. Besides, don't most McD's have a healthy range now? We have a range of salad and wraps at our one. Even going to a fast food store is no excuse to eat unhealthy these days.

Welcome Harper! I gave birth to #2 in December. I have 15 lb still to loose from #2 and extra 35 lb from #1 and 10 lb from pre-pregnancy to loose :-) I'm hoping to be able to fit a sexy new bikini by next December (summer in NZ).

I didn't try very hard for the first 3 years and only seriously started last year in January only I conceived #2 in March and had to stop. I managed to loose about 7.5 kg (about 15 lb) before doing so though. Now I have about 60 lb to loose to get to my goal weight.

I am a bit by my husband. While I do the shopping etc and I respect that he isn't ready to loose the weight he has also put on and will buy him the treats that he likes, he quite often tries to force me to eat the stuff he is as well.
