I've done it! The results are incredible, but it's a tough workout. By the end of the 30 days, I could really tell a difference in my strength and endurance-- plus it gave me abs! :)

Oikos honey Greek yogurt! Also, am I the only one who is in love with the flavor of vanilla Activia? I don't really *need* to be eating it, if you catch my drift, but it's just so yummy!

I really like the unsweetened Silk almond milk. I usually add a packet of Truvia for sweetness. :)
