I pre log breakfast and lunch and then log dinner before I eat it to see how it all fits in. If I decide to have something different I change it in my log before I eat it.

I followed wwrs on and off for many years, monthly pass and then on-line. I am finding counting calories much easier than when I was counting points and agree the database is much better with MFP as well as when using the scanner on my iphone I am finding more items on MFP than on wwrs which really isn't right considering…

I did weight watchers many times and with any sort of diet if you don't stick with it, you will gain. I lost 50 lbs and gained it all back out of frustration when I hit a plateau. When I tried to go back I just wasn't committing to it and throwing away my money, month after month. I think I needed a change and MFP was it.…

Eating 2 hb eggs and a greek yogurt really are filling for me for breakfast

I weigh myself every morning and log my weight into mfp on Thursday morning. The fluctuations don't bother me.

I decided with this challenge to have a day off once a week and today is probably it for this week, but with that said I will try to get in at least 20 mins walking today, busy day and night! Good luck all!
