Started Keto in January lost good the first couple of weeks then it was very very slow. Been doing Keto/Low Carb since January its slow going and a lot of up and downs but down 30 lbs. I follow a few facebook groups people either have amazing results or lots of stalls.

There are a lot of keto/low carb facebook groups maybe join a few of those. I like Ken Berry and Eric Berg on youtube. A good website is ruledme.com. Pinterest and YouTube both have a lot of keto/low carb recipes.

30 lbs down since January. I've been a yo yo all summer but this WOE is much better for me. I rarely feel hungry. Back to it and the gym!

Its all in how you look at it. Yes you may have to give up pasta and French fries for the most part but there are so many great healthy alternatives. Its not easy to fit in a burger and fries in 1200 calories either. I am doing low carb and love my burgers with a Portobello mushroom as the bun with some roasted broccoli or…

Ive been Keto for 5 months I'm down 28 pounds its not quick but that's ok. Im less hungry, very little cravings, the afternoon munchy habit is gone. My daughter (16) is also down 30 lbs. which makes me very happy. She's gained self esteem and confidence. Keto on!

I'm Keto feel free to add me. I got my macros from ruledme.com when I first started I used carb manager to enter my food now that I know what I am doing, I'm back to MFP I just deduct the fiber to get my net carbs. I like the community better here.

I find that I am eating the same foods I did when I was on ww'rs but I find it easier to track calories vs points and this is free!

Two hard boiled eggs (I usually make 6 at a time), greek yogurt, 1/2 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
