That's what I do...multi with iron during TOM, multi without iron the rest of the month. Got the idea when i learned that some birth control pills have iron in the pills you take while you are on your period (the inactive pills).

Hi! I started today (but my goal for the month of Feb is to do 30DS everyday). I would love to join. Took my measurements this morning... dried apricots, potatoes, any sorts of beans/legumes, carrot juice (ick!) are all good sources of potassium (plus lots others...a quick google search will bring up a good list, just make sure it is from a reputable source!). also, eating a variety of fruits and veggies will give you a good mix of you vits!
