Hi, I am using a tirzepitide. I just started over a week ago. But am only using it every other week-ish since my insurance does not cover it. I am using MFP to prioritize protein and fiber. I am a vegetarian, so I feel like hitting those protein goals can be hard. I sent a friend request.

Hey Ken! This is a really great setup for counting particular macros. I find it helpful as long as you're weighing or measuring food. Regarding rule 2 - my calories are set at 1600 but adjust for exercise. For this challenge would I need to stay under 1600 or is it ok to include your exercise calories for a net of 0. Thanks!
