I'm with you. I have leftovers all the time when I cook so I don't have to cook every day. I absolutely hate throwing away perfectly good food. So wasteful.

The first day is always awful for me. I have to take Tylenol or ibuprofen. I'm fine the rest of the time.

Lately l've been drinking almost a pitcher of green tea a day instead of water. Don't expect it to be a miracle weight loss supplement because it's not. I just like tea.

If you're not losing any weight then either your fat/muscle ratio is changing or you're eating too much. Keep track of your measurements and don't eat back exercise calories from walking.

You're eating way too little. Don't go under 1200, and honestly at your height I'd say eat at 1400 at least. This should help you feel better and stave away binges. You sound like you're too obsessed with your calorie intake at this point with a potential to spiral into disordered eating. Have you calculated your TDEE? 119…

Even sandwiches can be deceptively high calorie, but as long as you track everything accurately then you'll be fine.

You obviously have never had good ramen. OP, making chicken stock is very cheap and simple. I'm not sure what you're asking for though. If you mean you want recipes that use bouillon and are low calorie then make soup. High volume, low calorie.

I go over my calorie limit by 100+ calories probably 2 times a week, though very rarely over maintenance. A lot of presumptuous people in this thread. I eat 1200-1300 cals daily because I'm short (5'2"), 137 lbs (GW: 105), and not very active (gym 1-2 times a week, cardio only). I normally do a handful of spinach and a handful of kale with 3/4 cup frozen fruit of your choice (lately I've been doing pineapple) and 1 cup of liquid of your choice (lately I've been doing OJ).

I don't really drink anything other then water. A few times a week I'll have unsweetened tea. Oolong & chrysanthemum teas are my favorite. Maybe once a month I'll buy a carton of orange juice, which is the only juice I'll bother to buy.

I'm 5'2", currently 136 lbs. Lowest weight was 110lbs 5 years ago. My goal is to get back to 110lbs!
