Ok so this is my first week doing this but here goes 1) I will get in a minimum of 30 min a day of exercise for 6 out of 7 days 2) One of these days I will add a walk/jog to the routine of 1 min jog/2 min walk 3) I will cut out the soda for 5 of the seven day Good luck everyone!!.

Papa john's thing crust peperoni and mushroom no cheese pizza- 240 cals a slice. Lean cuisine Pizzas- 300-350 a pizza Healthy choice country herb chicken meal- 270 calories Tuna Salad made with light mayo: These are some of my go to items.

Definatley normal. Keep it up and keep moving. It will start to come off, and don't feel bad going for a walk with those friends. They are friends with you because of who you are and they want to spend time with you.

I know exactly how you feel. This is one of the reasons I have stayed on the roller coaster for so long. I agree with others that if you are at a healthy weight then try and focus on maintaining and let your mind catch up with your body. Try and focus on all of the postitve differences instead of the negative. Good luck to…

Thanks for this. I am obese, but because of PCOS I am hoping to hit the 1 lb a week mark. One of the biggest problems that I have with any of this is that I have never EVER been what would be considered a helathy BMI due to being 4 foot 11 and extremely muscular. I am hoping however to get back close to a healthy weight…
