07/30/11: 1033 casl!!!!! Worked out with Just Dance 2 for the Wii with my oldest kiddo. I used my heart rate monitor so I could help us row since I have been having a rough go lately. Woo hoo that game is a blast.

I think that a more positive approach to this situation is something that was mentioned earlier and that would be nutrition classes etc. It is more damaging to a child to be taken away from there parent and have to go through the trauma of that situation. By doing this you are adding another level trauma to these children.

My daughter is actually 2 weeks younger than Caylee. I would have no problem whatsoever finding her guilty. I can not even imagine if my daughter were "missing" I would not be waiting a month to report it and you can bet your @$$ that I wouldn't be out partying.

I have a polar ft4. The only thing that I don't love about it is that it doesn't do pace for when I am walking half marathons. Other than that my cardiologist told me I needed one due to having extremely high heart rates and it not coming down, so it lets me keep an eye on it and he reccomended polar with the chest strap…

I have a sparkepeople account. I will be honest. I had great results there. Met a ton of awesome people and actually ran some half marathons with them, and continue to do so. I am doing it at night when the kiddos start to calm down. we also do stupid things like the wii fit and sometimes I have done walk away the pounds with my 4 year old. She obviously isn't very good at it, bu she is having fun.
