My job is very low activity but high stress. I find myself walking during lunch just to get out of the office but that only depends on the weather. Up until now I havent had the funds to join and gym and I know everyone says all you need to do it go outside and run or walk but I have no motivation to do any of those…

I set an alarm on my phone which tells me to chug a whole glass of water every hour while at work. Thats the only way it works for me since I am so busy I forget to drink it. I find that drinking it all at once makes it alot easier as well.
