I "recently" injured my hamstring as well. Like you, I tried to rest and let it heal. After 4 weeks, I tried some slow walking and 14 minutes later I was laying down in pain. I have now been going to PT for 9 weeks and it is just starting to get better. I can walk for 20-30 minutes now. It is very slow healing and I have…

Agree. I tell anyone that asks, if they don't like amaretto then they won't like the Chocolate Almond Crunch. I love amaretto so this is my second favorite. Favorite is Sea Salt Caramel. The Chocolate Mocha Chip is really good too. I also didn't like the Lemon Cake (artificial and not very lemony).

Move on. It will be hard but it will be easier than a lifetime of resent and worry. Why spend more time with someone of low moral character? Life is hard enough. The people who claim to love you should not make it worse.

I love steel cut oats! I like mine a little runny so I always add 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk and then one of the following combinations: - banana and walnuts - banana and PB2 (plain or chocolate) - dried cherries and 1Tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips - trail mix - blueberries and pecans - pumpkin puree and pepitas…

Bump. I have to try some of these.

Thanks for the conversion! Just yesterday, I was talking with a co-worker about what I would do with some butternut squash I have. Now I know! Thanks OP!
