Been there!! Our office won free Chipotle about 2 weeks ago. I think the barbacoa was the best option in a burrito bowl. Skip the cheese, and stay the hell away from their chips!!!!

I like the strawberry yogurt cheerios..yum! The chocolate cheerios are great for a snack.

Every time I try to bake homemade fries it just doesnt' work out for me :( I tried once to boil them for a bit then bake and they weren't too bad.

You can also mix it with a pudding pop (sugar free etc) I usually coolwhip w/ peanut butter. Higher in calories but oh soooo good.

Well said. Although some people don't think that "everything is ok in moderation" personally I do. I have found the same about eating and then feeling yucky sometimes.

I have to have a sweet almost every night. Sometimes just a few m & ms or reece peices, it's hard to stop after just a few though! Popcorn, coolwhip mixed with peanut butter, skinny cow icecream, For me it almost always have to have some chocolate but I might try marshmallows like someone said.

I induldge the entire weekend. That is not to say that I pig out all weekend though. I am in no way weak and yes I have lost plenty of fat thank you very much.

Completely agreed. I will never understand why someone always has to say but that's not healthy. I doubt any dr out there would tell you to completely deny yourself.

Personally I think anything that would be zero everything on the nutrition scale, or at VERY least close. Excluding soda. Crystal Lite has I believe 5 calories per serving.

Agree with this but I love them anyway. Oreos, chocolate covered pretzels etc. OH and don't forget that rice krispie treats are only 90 calories and so are alot of cereal/granola bars

It looks like normal day to day fluctuation to me....which is why people shouldn't weight theirself everyday. I get what you're saying that if you weigh yourself on the "wrong" day then it looks like no weight loss, but personally I say then chalk that up to no weight loss and move on. If you stick to it then the next week…

Agreed unfortunately you don't get to pick where you lose from. Don't know if you are but I would just add in some work outs, even just walking would help your butt/thigh area. Also, squats, lunges, jogging...

Oddly enough I was on the RR website the other day playing with the customizer. I love RR but after reading their nutrition I am afraid to ever go there again!! If I do I plan on spitting with someone....I can't finish their burgers anyway.

Unfortunately if you overdid it that much then in a day or two you will probably see a jump back up in the scale.

This is me as well. I can actually make a very filling healthy sandwich for less calories so that is what I have been doing. Used to eat them all the time.

I think your paranoid. I think if you taste the batter is does taste a little off but have never had anyone complain about the cupcakes.....they all just say there are delish and super moist. Question for you guys doing Shred, I was thinking of getting it but I can't do a push up to save my life, I'm good on other stuff. Are there alot of pushups or will it be a waste for me?

I usually do cereal, a mini bagel, or cereal bar for breakfast.

I have to have snacks at night. But I always have enough calories leftover for them. Do you work out any? Adding a bit of a workout would give you more calories to have a little snack. Or try adjusting your calories throughout the day. Otherwise add a salad to your dinner. So you get in more food.
