These do look super yummy!! I'v starting eating almond butter lately. It is really good! I've been trying to increase my intake of healthy fats. I've also recently started using coconut oil which is in the recipie as well. Thanks!

I'm in southern Ontario as well. I love running in the rain too!! I haven't been running in the rain since last summer. Very refreshing. (Just starting to get back outdoors in the last few weeks) I'll have to go this weekend. Cheers!

It's really hard to know which one is correct. I've had this problem before different scales may run a few pounds heavier or lighter. The best thing to do is pick one to guage yourself by and only use the amount from that scale. This way you'll know what your progress really is.

You should get the GI diet book by Rick Gallop. I have this plus the GI diet cookbook. Both have recipies and a list of foods that are OK and ones you can avoid.
