i started running close to 4 weeks ago (im not doing C25k just on my own) im up to being able to run 14 minutes without stopping (started at prob not even a minute) and the biggest thing i have learned is to focus of your breathing! in through the nose out through the mouth, slowly! i completely concentrate of my breathing…
