Finished week4 day1 today! Wasn't too bad though I was feeling stressed before hand and when I'm stressed I run faster. So started out running a bit too fast and had some mild leg pain by end of the program. But beside that not so bad!

Also, not only do you need good runners but make sure you are lacing them tight and properly!:) will make a world of difference.

Another day 1 for me too! I was 5 lbs away from my goal last year and just completely fell off and here I am starting over but with a new found determination to make it my last day 1! I could always use some motivation on bad days and would love to give some too! so anyone feel free to add=)

I got quite a few during my pregnancy for my oldest son *7 years ago*on my stomach. They only came right at the end so they didnt have time to get very deep or big, but still there were plenty of them they were pretty red, but after all this time they have faded SO much you can barely see them, however they are still there…

im also doing 30ds! im on lvl 2 day 6 tomorrow! i also run almost every day but im not on my feet all the time, im also eating about 1500 cals. you can add me if you want!

i'm 5'4 and im aiming for 130-125 but since ive been working out im trying to watch the measuring tape more and scale less

weight loss is not linear you'll lose but maybe not 1.5lbs every week .also the only way to know is to try right?
