I'm not entirely familiar with her workouts really, but chances are that you're putting on muscle and dropping fat at the same time. Best thing to do in these cases is keep an eye on the weight, but more importantly do some hip, waist, neck measurements to see if any inches are coming off.

I don't know of such a diet off the top of my head, but I do know that most fasting, no matter for how long is usually frowned upon and not the best of ideas. However, it is your body, so hopefully you find the information you're looking for!

If I understand this correctly, and I believe I do, this is the simple version. I myself get 1850 calories a day before excercise. My goal is to lose 2lbs a week.
