  • Are you putting your hands behind your head? If so, you may be pulling on your neck as a way to get momentum. Try a couple with your hands at the side of your head (behind your ears) to get the feel of what it's like without pulling. Then, go back to putting them behind your head for support...but not momentum. I just keep…
  • My $.02 worth is not to "undereat" tomorrow to make up for it--just go back to your usual goal. If you try to undereat, you'll end up extra hungry, so then you cheat again...well, at least that's what I do. :blushing: And that viscious cycle is one of the things I'm trying to stop doing.
