I would say it's because you have put yourself in starvation mode. You can't eat KFC at lunch, and then eat nothing for the rest of the day and expect to lose weight! You need to eat small meals throughout the day, and especially eat breakfast.

I didn't look at the food diary, but I see that my sugar intake is way high too and I can't believe it sometimes. Somebody commented on it not being a factor when you loose weight, but it really does.
