  • You are a woman and hormones can play a big part of this. I always weigh myself first thing in the morning. Anything you consume can play with your weight. Try weighing in weekly and remember everything you are doing is for you to be a healthier person!!!:smile:
  • Condiments are bad in general. Try more natural ways to season your foods. I like to lightly saute green beans in oil and sear them along with rosemary. Dried seasonings and veggies are great to season foods. Condiments are usually full of fat and preservatives. Try to stay away and this should help!!
  • Thanks for the info everyone. I do get my INR tested on a regular basis. I take a high dose and I still cannot consume the greens like I want. Does anyone have any good veggie recipes with low vitamin k veggies?
  • It all really depends on how much you want to lose. It is very important to not only do cardio but strength training to tone your body. Remember that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. If not you will see the weight come back likely.
