I have Les Mills combat and I absolutely love it! The DVDs have varying lengths so I days I don't have much time, I can still get in a powerful, 30 minute work out. I have never sweated so much in my life. it makes me feel powerful and strong, while still being effective.

For me, some people noticed at about 15-20 pounds, but thats because first it came off my face and upper body.

For me, it's usually next day. But I drink tons of water to help reduce bloating and then within a day I am back to my normal weight.

I was diagnosed pre diabetic as well 3 months ago. Since then I have cut my carbs down to about 100g a day and increased my exercise to 1-2 hours, 6 times a week. Wow! Congrats! I'm in a similar situation. I started about a month ago as well and have lost 8 pounds. I work out 6 days a week for 1 1/2 hours- 2 hours each day. My goal is to ultimately lose 50 pounds, but I know slow and steady is the way to go. Feel free to add me!
