  • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters red onion Fat free Swiss cheese slice 1 slice calorie reduced multi grain bread I tried to cook this in my new microwave omelet cooker thingy. NOT GOOD. Ended up scaping it into a bowl and scrambling it. Will try again when I have more time.
