  • Late to this board, but due 30 January! Sooo excited. Its my first and were expecting a girl. Ps - my husband is renovating our loft (or planning to) in March. When we have a newborn. Urgh.

  • Not in the waiting list, but just finished my first round of ivf - unsuccessful unfortunately. But all the hormones, injections, pills, stress etc. made me put on a lot of weight, so now need to trim down before the next round (hopefully)!   • Hitting weight a plateau is difficult - Ive been there, good luck with all the work you need to do to reassess your diet plan etc. But also good luck keeping your spirits up, its so hard staying motivated but I know you can do it!

  • The trick is evaluate whether the food option you've put in is accurate, which is not always easy. I've seen crazy inaccurate things on this website - like a cheese tomato toasted sandwich for 100 calories (I WISH!). But vote that its wrong and choose a more accurate option.
  • I love wine. So I now I drink wine spritzers to reduce the calorie count. Not quite the same, but better than water!
