Yes, this! I drink a beer (and not usually a light one, either) probably 5 days a week. There's nothing better after a hot run, LOL! But, I almost never have more than one, maybe on a weekend I'll have two. So, it's about moderation and of course, I log them all.

The number one thing for me is to not make any changes I can't live with forever. So that means no "bad" food that I can't have. Nothing is off limits. I did the C25K program starting last Sept and ran my first 5K in December. It's an excellent program. Stick with it, have fun and you'll see results! I couldn't run for more than a minute when I started, and the first time I ran for a whole mile, I felt like I could take on the world. Go get it!
