Great its fab to hear so many people with similar goals we can do it together and i definatly agree that doing it the healthy way is the only way to achieve longlasting results although it does take time ! really up for a healthy fit lifestyle :happy:

well i lost around 10 lbs on a no carb diet but put 6 back on when i failed over xmas so wanna TAKE A HEALTHY APPROACH TOAT IS SUSTAINABLE THIS TIME! HOW ABOUT YOU?X

yes i agree its loosing that small amount that is soo hard especially if toy are not @overweight@ just toning up your shape! very frustrating!
