I loved seeing Tom Baker as well, he was the first Doctor I ever saw. I was also surprised that no other "meanies" were there but i just loved the entire show. Im now looking forward to seeing what Capaldi will do with it.

I have NO PROBLEM not being perfect !!!!! We need average models to show what a real person looks like. Screw fantasy, want fantasy, go watch a Disney movie! Kelly Upton is not mediocre art, she looks better than most models on the runway. I suppose the Venus De Milo is mediocre as well since her measurements are wider. I…

I went to Amazon and as you said there it was, also I found the The Angels Kiss a Melody Malone story The one that Amy was reading to the Doctor. I also saw a Whovian cookbook yep you read that right. If you looked inside it had so many funky fun recipes and lots were listed. I may get it, I collect cookbooks LOL

Facebook is great for stuff like that. :-D

My fitness level when I started at the gym was slug. I got on the treadmill and guess what I HELD ON. Not being used to it, it helped me with my balance. Yes I walk outside too and there are no rails, but my sidewalk is NOT MOVING like on the treadmill. I walked a total of .15 mile that first few times and stayed on 10…

I LOVED Stargate!!

Just read the article, very interesting. Well I guess we will have to wait and see. I could tell from comments that lots didn't like Matt Smith, but I wonder if that's just because so many loved David Tennant.

You are doing a marvelous job. I agree with all the others, your smile is so wide, it's great to see. Awesome!!

I was thinking the same thing. When Amy couldn't see them they stayed frozen so I don't think that the angels would actually have any effect on a blind person and vice versa. They creep me out, but the best is still the first episode with Sally Sparrow.

Wonder if I can get them on kindle?
-
Very interesting point. I can't wait for November
-
Yea they did indeed do that LOL

I think that John Hurt is the one who was the reason for the the time wars, but not "The Doctor". Hubs had a theory, maybe Clara is the Doctor and River's daughter. I mean she jumped into his timestream so she can be anywhere. I can't wait to see what happens. November can't come fast enough. It's all Wibbly Wobbly Timey…

Bravo, for what you said. I have a friend who is a size 24 and is more fit than my friend who is a size 6. Being fit is getting your body to your peak performance and for me that is around 150 pounds. At 5 foot that is far from thin but it is perfect for me. I can run, jump, bike, climb and do all of that at that weight. I…

hahaha yep it's him :-D I cry everytime that episode comes on. I think it's beautiful.

See I'm not a big gamer (GASP!) but I do enjoy the show. I agree though it's not a must see, plus you can always catch the weeks prior right before the new one. One thing that does bug hubs and I, is that ScyFy, since changing their name has gotten a bit weak in their programming. I loved Eureka, and they took that off,…

I see what you are saying, and I think to get the answer you would have to check with Mr. Moffat on this. The companions since the "New" Who, so to speak, are all written by him minus the few shows written by Neil Gaiman, and another who I can't think of his name right now. lol But yea and I wouldn't mind a male companion…

Loved it, I had never seen it. My hubby had though. Thanks for sharing it. Take a peek guys, it's cool :-D

Clara said she got it from a lady in a shop, so my guess is Nightengale from the Tennant weeping angels episode.

I agree that #11 is growing on me with each season. I was head over heels for Tennant (still am lol) I enjoy all the shows you mentioned (love me some Jason Momoa from SG Atlantis now Game of Thones) I also like the new Defiance. I still watch reruns of Firefly if I see them. The new season of Warehouse 13 looks like its…

Both hubby and I shouted POOL when Clara went past it. Now the library was quite impressive indeed. Good episode but this season its seems all over the place. I know Moffat has it all written in his head but WOW!!
-
I loved the dog in Waters Of Mars who alwasy said Gadget Gadget and Tennant almost said you cant make a dog then stopped in mid sentence. LOL
-
The man who is the leader of his tribe (the white faced guys) the Cartithan leader, is the man who played Van Goth on Doctor Who.

Was just talking about the pool earlier tonight, I swear LOL When Tom Baker was the Doctor he had referred to the TARDIS haveing 1900 rooms. With lots of wardrobes for clothes to fit anyone who happens to come on board HAHA That would be really cool, we shall see in just over half an hour :-D
-
It's definitely growing on me :-)
-
I understand and I also have done the recording and watch later. We usually just watch us two alone but if anyone is over, I have one rule. NO talking until commercials LOL
-
Good Point! Still married to River. :-)
-
I wonder if they may have the Dr. have a little more romantic interest in this one. :-) Welcome to the group btw
-
I don't think we are done seeing River :-)
-
There were some great lines in the last one. Yes its the wit and her doing what she thinks and not always what she's told :-) I like her alot. Donna is still one of my favorites though She gave the Dr a run for his money.
