Thanks for all the great idea guys. I went to Trader Joe to get the Chicken Quesadilla, but they didn't have any. So I picked up a few other items, the guy that worked there said they are great. He ate them for a month straight. I don't know about all that. But I will try back next week to see if they have them.

I would have to agree I dislike to Yoga as well. For some reason I tend to like the Kenpo X out of all the workouts. The thing I hate most about the program is Tony forgets he has you writing down things. By time you get up to write down your results they are on to the next workout. I would have to disagree with you on that. Many players have different reason for not working out or during few events at the combine. Most players work at there schools pro day. This gives them more time to train tot get the numbers they want.

I plan to start P90x in the next few days and have a few quick questions. Do you guys owrk out in the morning or in the evening after work? Do you eat before or after your work out? Just looking for some quick tips to start on track.
