Well...I looked at your diary. You need to be consistent in logging. I don't see how your diet is low carb/high protein. I agree with the above comments...eat more fiber!! And eat food not just drink your calories.

I've lost 90 pounds. I am more regular now. But I'm also 48, so I heard that you become more regular before you stop. I don't know how true that is. But I used to have VERY irregular cycles like you...but now I know within a day of when I will start.

I have noticed that there are many differing opinions about when and how much to eat. I think it really depends upon the individual. Messed up? No. Ate WAY over my daily calorie allowance? Yes. But...I will just be consistent the rest of the week and not let this make me backslide into old habits and thinking that I can't do it. Get up...brush off all the cookie crumbs (LOL) and get back to business! Happy 4th!!!
