Feel free to add me. I would love to track your journey. I am 36 now but the Marine Corps kind of "gave me" the goal I needed to meet. I am new and feel free to add me to the group! Support is always appreciated. Also has anyone read "The Naked Warrior" by Pavel? Looking for a good routine for when at home w/o any equipment. I do kettlebell workouts so guessed that might be good way to go. Any comments are appreciated!

Thanks for the information and I will check that out. I do like the idea of just tracking the workout, I have not been doing that and a better way to monitor my strength increases. I wish I would have started it from the first time I learned to use kettlebells.
