Your probably not eating enough calories. If you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to what it can. 2-3 hours of cardio a day is crazy. Look up HIIT training. Spend 15-25 mins doing HIIT with your 20 mins of strength training while increasing your calories and I bet you'll see some results…

Just sent a request. I have about 25lbs to reach my goal weight, 20 of which is still baby weight. My son is a year old now and I have yet to get back into my healthy habits. I'm ready to nip this in the butt too!
