I have never had any rude comments but all I have to say is if ignorance is bliss these people who said these things must be the happiest people on the face of the Earth.....how sad people are so rude.

I say pick yourself up and don't beat yourself up about it. What's done is done. Try to get some some exercise today and know that tomorrow will be better! It's only one day. As long as you don't have them everyday you should be fine!

I agree with what everyone else said. Maybe it would be helpful to cook only enough food for one serving.

I don't watch the show but maybe it's not how much they're eating, but what they're eating. Maybe it's a lot of protien. I'm sure they eat more than you see. Those shows are edited. Things aren't always what they seem. They have to stay properly nurished for all that exercise.

I agree. Go with the info on the box. It's better to be safe than sorry. Some of the info in the database is not always accurate. Some of them say corrected.

Sounds like you need to start by keeping better track of your food diary. You can't really know how much you are supposed to be eating unless you log everything. The exercise is important to log because it changes your daily goals. maybe you are not eating enough. I would also mix some protien in your diet and cut sown on…

You could try eating every couple of hours and planning your meals ahead of time. I also check the database before I eat something to see if I can. Lots of water helps too. Hope that helps!

Seems to me you're right on track. The program is designed to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Sounds like that's exactly where you are. If you are not eating the calories burned from exercise then you may not be eating enough. Don't give up! Sometime you just have to try different things to find what works for you.

I avoid canned and processed foods. I read all the labels. I find they are very helpful. Drink lots of water! Fresh is best.

I would say eliminate one of the carbs like the one at lunch and have a piece of fruit or salad instead. Hope that helps!

If it helps do it. Is there a different way tou can take your daughter to school so you are not tempted to stop at those places? You can think about having a longer, happier, healthier life watching your daughter grow up and do great things!

Of course you can...and you will! You're right. Tomorrow is a new day. We all those days where we fall off the wagon. The thing is to get right back on. One day of treating yourself is not blowing it. It's giving you a reason to get motivated for tomorrow! It's not like you did it evey day for a week!

No I do not go to bed hungry. I added evening snack to my food diary along with morning snack and afternoon snack. That way I am eating throughout the day and don't feel hungry in between meals. I don't think pant size determines success. What matters is how you feel in them. Every one has a different shape and carries their weight differently. That's what really determines pant size. Not the # scale. You could have 3 women the exact same weight and wear 3 different pant sizes. Just my opinion!

I wouldn't about it. It's only one day. Maybe you did yourself a favor and shocked your metabolism and tomorrow it will be faster working off what you ate today. Or you could do some exercise and burn some of them off if it makes you feel better!

I don't think so. I think you should schedule an appt with your gyno or at least give them a call just to be sure. Maybe you ruptured something while you were exercising. I think it's better to find out for sure.
