How many calories are you allowed? I am on 1200 calories and I dont feel hungry nor do I have many extra calories left over at the end of the day IF I've eaten 3 meals. Are you eating 3 meals plus snacks = 6x a day?

I use PreCor Elliptical and I also go by what the machine says. A 30 min workout on this particular machine burns 340 calories on level 1 which is the easiest resistance.

I am working on a PRECOR Elliptical trainer and for every 30 minutes you can burn 340 calories. It's great and fast, I don't have a lot of patience for hours at the gym.

Kristina I hope you are counting the Wii fit exercises that you do because there is calorie burning in that type of exercise. there is "calories burned" under the tools tab if you enter in Wii fit.

Instead of worrying about the little things like spices and such, take the main ingrdients and plug them in here. the food list is limitless and i'm sure you can find what you eat on a regular basis and then once logged into your meal plan it will stay there for easy access next time you want to eat that particular meal.

I think you pretty much covered it. Fill up on veggies and fruit and then make sure you either walk or use their gym equipment. If they have an Elliptical try using that it burns alot of calories with not much strain on your joints. For example a 30 min workout will burn 337 calories and that could really help you.

AGAVE, it can be found at most grocery stores and warehouse stores. It has 60 calories per TBL, 16g carbs and 16g sugar and is 25% sweeter than sugar.
