I have emotionally eaten a lot too. My reaction to lots of stress was wine and chocolate a few months ago. Thankfully, I've been able to re-program my habits. Someone at work told me they can tell I've lost weight. That is the first time someone outside of my parents has made a comment. Made me feel good.
